This Privacy Policy describes how Habada&Dabada Studio ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile games and applications (collectively, the "Games"). By downloading or playing our Games, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play our Games. However, certain information is collected automatically or through third-party services we use.

Information collected automatically

When you use our Games, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect:

• Device information (device type, operating system, language settings)
• A device identifier or advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
• IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
• Gameplay data (session length, in-game actions, progress)
• Crash reports and performance data
• Information about your in-app purchases (transaction records, not full payment details)

Information from third-party services

We use third-party services for advertising and analytics that may collect additional data according to their own privacy policies. See Section 4 for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our Games
• Process in-app purchases and restore purchases
• Serve relevant advertisements through our ad partners
• Analyze gameplay to fix bugs and improve game balance
• Prevent fraud and ensure security
• Comply with legal obligations

3. In-App Purchases

Our Games offer optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details. We receive only confirmation of the transaction and the items purchased.

4. Advertising

Our Games display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may use your advertising ID and other data to show you personalized ads. We currently work with the following ad partners:

• Google AdMob — Privacy Policy

iOS users: When you first launch our Game on iOS, you will see Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking for permission before your advertising ID is used for personalized ads. If you decline, you will still see ads but they will not be personalized based on your behavior across other apps.

Android users: You can opt out of personalized ads by going to your device Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".

5. Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand how players interact with our Games so we can improve them. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized where possible. Our analytics partners may include Google Firebase / Google Analytics. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers — third-party companies that help us operate our Games (ad networks, analytics providers, crash reporting tools), bound by confidentiality obligations
• Platform operators — Apple and Google, as required for distributing our Games and processing purchases
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction

7. Children's Privacy

Our Games are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@habadadabada.com and we will delete it promptly.

8. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide our Games and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Analytics and gameplay data is typically retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 10).

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected
• Deletion — request that your data be deleted
• Objection — object to certain uses of your data, including for personalized advertising
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

EEA/UK residents (GDPR): Our legal bases for processing your data include your consent (for personalized advertising), our legitimate interests (for analytics and game improvement), and our legal obligations.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Game or by other means. Your continued use of our Games after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
